At Pinklush, our goal is to offer you high-quality products and excellent customer support. Your satisfaction is our priority, and that's why we provide a 30-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us through our contact page.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that any order modification or cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order because it may already be processed or shipped.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging.
We do not provide refunds for items that are:
- Used
- Worn
- Damaged due to misuse
- Not in original condition
If you return an item without approval or after the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Mention the reason for return
All returns must be approved by Pinklush before sending the product back.
Return conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Include order number and customer name in the return package
Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is damaged upon delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item:
- Inspection may take up to 10 business days
- Refund processing may take up to 40 business days after approval
If you do not receive your refund after confirmation, please contact your bank or payment provider.
Currency Policy
All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) as per the original payment.
Customers are responsible for:
- Currency conversion charges
- Bank or payment gateway fees
Product Safety & Usage
At Pinklush, product safety is important. Please use products according to instructions provided.
Failure to follow instructions may result in damage or injury. In such cases, refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.
If you experience discomfort while using any product:
- Stop using the product immediately

Damaged Items Policy
We carefully pack all products to prevent shipping damage.
An item is considered damaged if:
- It is physically broken
- It has a manufacturing defect
Damaged outer packaging alone (like a dented box) is not considered damage if the product inside is safe.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the damaged item
We will review and provide a replacement if eligible.
We do not accept returns for damage caused by:
- Normal use
- Wear and tear
- Misuse
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your order on time. However, Pinklush is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Other external factors
We are also not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays
